This top and skirt set is sold together and the size you select is for both pieces. The top is secured in the back with three buttons at the nape of the neck. The back is designed to hang open and be flowy. The maxi skirt is high waisted so only a sliver of skin should show between the top and skirt. This skirt has three layered tiers of fabric. A concealed side zipper secures the skirt in place. This design is not stretchy. On most women this skirt will be floor length.
